Kevin O’Brien makes a brilliant case for Open Space Technology. Open space as in open leadership is NOT a complicated idea. I see it as facilitating effortlessness vs. resistance — to allow leaders to BE in spirit and flow and experience how blissful that can be rather than get stuck and be stuck in processes that slow progress down unnecessarily.
